Understanding your invoice and payment options

You can view and pay invoices any time from the Billing section of the client portal. Each invoice lists the services it covers (hosting, domains, email) and the billing period.

Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through the portal. Card details are stored with our payment processor, not on our own servers.

In addition, we also accept bank transfers via PayID. Details are available within your account when viewing an invoice.

Due dates and reminders

Invoices are issued ahead of your renewal date, and we'll send reminder emails as the due date approaches. Unpaid invoices can result in a service suspension after the grace period stated on the invoice, so it's worth keeping your payment details up to date.
